I have been working at McAfee full-time for less than a year
Pros – -Management is on your side
-Invest heavily in Inside Sales employee's development through additional trainings
-Relaxed work environment, encourage you to take breaks
-Company has best solution in the field, makes selling it that much easier
Cons – -Old Boys club, so begin making quality relationships early
-Long hours at the end of the quarter
Advice to Senior Management – Make honest discussions with your employees more frequent
– I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
