Former Employee - Traffic Manager in San Francisco, CA

    I worked at McCann Erickson

    Pros

Good benefits through Interpublic Group, great name recognition, world-wide client base, talented co-workers, good resources, opportunity for growth and development within the agency.

    Cons

Poor management, lack of leadership within the traffic and production departments, overall disrespect for the role of traffic which makes the job harder than it needs to be.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Respect for the role of the traffic department would have to come from the top down. Until that respect is in place, it will be continue to exclusively be an administrative function only.
