If you are in the upper tier, the overall compensation package is good.

Cons

Most of their employees have been around for 20+ years. If you are not apart of that group, it is extremly difficult to get into the clique. You will always be an outsider. They are old fashioned in their ways of doing business because of this. They are in desparate need of new blood and new ways of thinking yet they would be unwilling to accept new ideas.
