Former Employee – worked at McDermott full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Excellent working culture with world class construction,fabrication yard. A very good Family medical insurance benefits and high ethics.
Cons – Largely favorable to the local employees.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve Working culture of India office.
