    Pros

The friends you make with other employees. The training is incredible, and you're always learning while you work. Managers give good feedback.

    Cons

Some Managers lose their cool sometimes, but that could happen anywhere. Some employees slack off in doing simple tasks. Overstaffed. Short 3 hour shifts.

    Advice to Management

Have less employees, give longer shifts.
