“Good Place to start, but dont stay long”
Current Employee – been working at McDonald's full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Gained management experience
Made Decent money on a super flexible schedule
Was able to go to school at the same time
Cons – Hard Work for not much pay
Seniority out ruled competence .... always
Advice to Senior Management – Find the smarter workers and promote those, not the ones who have been there the longest.
