good first job depending on which location you work for

Jacksonville, FL

Former Employee – worked at McDonald's full-time for more than 3 years

Prosthe learning experience of how to work as a team is good for a first job. meeting the people you work with can be good (typically...) some should have been weeded out during the interview process.
if you aren't a manager, you don't have to worry about work outside of the job.

Conssome managers are not much help to the team, they don't realize what their position is and pretty much will take over your meager position simply because they can do it faster/more efficiently.

no paid vacation/sick days etc. just don't call out or switch a lot and you won't get fired.

Advice to Senior Managementlearn to distinguish between what should be done by management and what should be done by crew. the team cannot get better without proper guidance, training, and practice. put people where they are strongest while occasionally changing it up on them during slower periods to strengthen weaknesses. and to give customers different faces to look at.
