McDonald's Employee Review

I have been working at McDonald's part-time for less than a year

Pros – Semi-flexible schedule, you can take as many days as you need off as long as you run it by a manager two weeks in advance.
Work schedule flows great with my school schedule

Cons – Stressful working conditions when managers with inadequate skills are on the clock
You're teated as easily replaceable/borderline disrespected by certain managers
Some managers blatantly make schedules according to favorites
Several managers slack off usually, then get stressed when there's a surprise inspection, which in turn means they'll stress you out.

Advice to Senior Management – Listen to crew members. Train new employees properly and thouroughly, especially managers. Follow proper procedures and protocol EVEN when corporate inspectors/owners AREN'T around.
