Pros – Very flexible about hours.
Always busy, shift goes by quickly.
Can move up to management very quickly if you work hard.
Recognized for hard work by management.

Cons – Get very little respect from customers.
Usually a couple of lazy co-workers.

Advice to Senior Management – Make sure the managers you hire will encourage crews to work hard for the company's benefit.
