I worked at McDonald's full-time for more than 8 years

Pros

Flexible Hours, Great People, Strong Company Performance, Benefits are excellent, Constant Improvements to Training, Restaurants, and Menu. I used almost every benefit they have during my time there, Tuition Reimbursement, Medical Insurance, Short-Term Disability, etc. The human resource department is also so very helpful.

Cons

Can be very stressful at times dealing with upset customers, otherwise the company is fantastic. For all the hard work, I would have appreciated a larger base salary, but the benefits certainly made up for it.

I have been working at McDonald's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

So this was my first job that I had ever had, while I certainly would not want it to be my last I felt that it provided me a good opportunity to enter into the work force.

    Cons

The worse thing about working in fast food is the smell of grease when you come home from work. It makes want to immediately take a bath.
