Good for first job but not good as a long term thing. Could be stressful but good enough to gain experience.

I worked at McDonald's full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    They didn't have any pros.

    Cons

The McDonalds in Ellenwood was ran by a bunch of adults that acted like they were still in high school. No one got along and it was full of drama. They never put people on the schedule and when they did they put to many down for one day which caused them to send people home 2 hours into their shifts.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to the management is to take a class on how to be a manager and to grow up.
