Pros

Starting as a crew member at McDonald's was my first major work experience, and it taught me work ethic and job skills that have been very helpful throughout college and now as I search for jobs. Best in the Fast Food Business by far from global down to individual restaurant level.

Cons

Obviously, work at McDonald's is not glamorous. Keep your head up and have a positive attitude.

    Pros

My hours never went down, the store really cared about presentation of product and service, and some of the people were amazing.

    Cons

Everything else about the store. The majority of the managers are mean, the work definitely called for better pay. I felt as though I was trapped in one position, and had no way of advancing because of the store manager.

    Advice to Management

Be more caring toward your teams, and show some respect for all of the work they have to do to get your product out to the buying public. There's enough stress in the actual job itself, without the managers adding to that stress.
