I worked at McDonald's part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great training program, flexible schedule, good experience, decent pay, good first job for a student, fun co-workers, managers recognize you for your hard work, and good opportunities to move up. Also 50% off any McDonald's in Canada!

Cons

Mean and rude customers. You smell like oil and grease after work. Can get really busy and hectic.
