Good First Job

Certified Shift Manager (Current Employee)
Peoria, AZ

ProsTeaches usefull every day skills, i.e. multi-tasking.
Teaches you how to work quickly and accurately under pressure

ConsYou cannot win, at McDonalds, unless your store is phenomenal as a whole. No matter how successful, you, as an individual may be, someone will always be able to make your success irrelevant, whether they hand food out wrong or simply suck at their job.

Advice to Senior ManagementSchedule more people, always, labor goals are too low.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
