Pros

Good famoust world fast food company. Which giving opportunities to their workers to grow. Quite good for the first job.

Cons

Better to be a good friend with the management. Because in another way, you`ll be work even more hard than others, but... your promotion will be... somewhere far from you ;)

    Pros

Training top notch and looks good on resume, alright work life balance

    Cons

Low pay, idiot customers who are "always" right, managers were glorified babysitters, to many foreign non English speaking workers. (Some are alright)

    Advice to Management

Owners pay managers more, hire more Canadians, or offer English classes for foreign workers, hire more mature people.

  2. Good first job, gets tiresome quick.

    Pros

Teaches you basic job skills including time management, teamwork, ect. Good discounts on product, most restaurants are run by young people which creates a more easy-going environment, flexible schedule, can work around your personal needs.

    Cons

Extremely tiresome, come home smelling of fries and covered in grease, it can get really hot if you're working in the "backend", customers will complain over anything, managers tend to take themselves too seriously and become strict/rude to "crew", can be overwhelmingly stressful at times, can also be overwhelming boring as well, you can get "doc'd" for silly things, uniforms are uncomfortable, awful pay, takes a long time to qualify for benefits, easy to get hurt/burnt, you have to be EXTREMELY good at multitasking for the most part, friday/weekend night shifts are awful with tons of drunk customers being dumb.

    Advice to Management

You are a multi-million dollar company, pay your employees fairly.
