- greasy work
- hard on your feet
- get very busy during rush hours
- very stressful
- face hurts after shifts from smiling
- occasionally having to deal with hard customers

    Good, flexible hours for students

    Crew is generally friendly, you can make a lot of close friends here
    When management is good, everything runs smooth during shifts
    Excellent on resumes because of the training program

    Cons

    Can be stressful in rush periods, especially if not enough crew is on
    Some managers are not well trained
    A lot of staff feels under appreciated because managers have favourites
