McDonald's – “Horrible!”

Pros

Overall its extremely easy to get hired, but that is because they have such a high turn over rate. At first it seems like it may not be to bad... but you realize real quickly why you got hired so easily!

Cons

The management has no respect for the employees. It is known to everyone that you can be replaced very easily. For being a company that serves food it is pretty unsanitary. Alot of the employees use drugs and alcohol, some of which even do so on the job.

Advice to Senior Management

Clean the place up and start giving drug tests and you would be amazed how much more productive things are. Not to mention, raising the wages would not hurt in the quality of work people put in.
