McDonald's – “Love my Job!”

Pros

I love my job because this is the best restaurant in the US. I especially like the fact that there is so many people are enjoying our food

Cons

It get's hot at the fryer during the summer and floors sometimes greasy. I don't like cleaning bathrooms and toilets.

Advice to Senior Management

Allow more initiative to your employees and flexible working schedule. I like being member of the team and feel my importance.
