McDonald's Fry Cook in Tallahassee, FL:   (Past Employee - 2007)

Pros

There was a supportive management team. Reasonably flexible regarding my school responsibilities.

Cons

Sometimes required late hours and insane meal rushes where we were understaffed.

Advice to Senior Management

Bring in extra employees during lunch and dinner rushes.
