Pros

It paid the Bills.
I met some nice people
flexibility in hours when I needed to take a day off here or there

Cons

hourly rate is hardly enough to live on
dealing with custoers that think they should get 5 star service from the dollar menu

Advice to Senior Management

Empower the local management to run their store more autonomouslly. Some current corporate decisions should be allowed to be made at the store level.
