    Pros

    Half of food, free food when working flexible schedule, never been denied for a day off pay was never late

    Cons

    My McDonalds never had direct deposit (come on you make millions of dollars but can't afford direct deposit ?) pay is minimum, but its McDonalds

    I have been working at McDonald's part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Decent place to work if you're of average functioning intelligence and you're capable of learning the most basic skills requiring manual dexterity and time management

    -Relatively flexible schedules

    -Lower management for the most part tends to recognize hard work

    -Provides a solid foundation for learning the basics of team management

    Cons

    That recognition doesn't equal a higher pay rate, when the time for your ten cent raise comes (Every sixish months) you'll get just that, no matter who you are or what you're capabilities are. Unless you know the right people of course.

    -Rarely will you ever be compensated fairly for the amount of work you put in

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Encourage quality of employees by rewarding effort instead of lumping everyone together into the same slave-waged mass.
