Pros

Fast-paced, exposure to different personalities, great training programs with outstanding information (one of the best I have ever been to)

Cons

Low pay with high expectations and slow advancement. Owners do not invest in their management team. Lack of professionalism.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get everything in writing if hired with the promise of upper management. Also, research the owners before accepting an employment, for the owner's mindset will have a great impact on your experience and advancement opportunity.
