Pros

Amazing teaching assets to help me learn complicated financial problems and gain a better knowledge of financial markets.

Cons

The grading scheme is extremely flawed and makes it a competition between students for marks rather than a shared learning experience.

Advice to Management

Change the grading scheme to better reflect absolute performance rather than relative performance.

    Pros

Depending on the professors you work with, you could have very reasonable hours. The workload is not too much and allows the time to focus on your research for you studies.

    Cons

The pay is not great and moving between fields of study is not very easy. A lot of experience required at entry.

    Advice to Management

They should be more supportive of student that have recently graduated their undergraduate studies and are looking for jobs as teaching assistants.
