    Pros

    Lots of benefits like holiday and sick leave, medical care, and just 33.75 hours work per week. Flexible, reasonable pay.

    Cons

    Not particularly open to new ideas, a lot of bureaucracy, work not always very interesting, not a lot of encouragement or feedback

    I have been working at McGill University part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    people are very friendly, paid well, work less everyday. Time is very flexible, no push or anything as long as the tasks are finished on time.

    Cons

    social networking is a bit limited, coffee breaks are happened twice a week. projects are sometimes boring and limited chosen, it largely depends on the work of supervisors.
