I worked at McGill University as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Decent working conditions, now better after renovation. Professors are OK, but not so many very talented professors. Library is great.

    Cons

Sometimes doesn't play fair. Location might not be good to either students or employees because of the terrible traffic and parking in downtown Montreal.
