I have been working at McGill University as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Location in Montreal in a highly academic environment that harbours many opportunities for those willing to seek them out.

Cons

For the majority of the time, unionized employees were striking, which caused a lot of disruptions. General bureaucracy on every level of employment.
