McGill undergraduate researcher in chemical engineering, worked on a project for four months in the summer of 2013

Summer Undergraduate Researcher (Current Employee) Montreal, QC (Canada)

ProsThe pros are having a strong peer group, doing relevant work, working with an accessible professor, and flexibility in work schedule.

ConsDownsides are a great amount of expected work for a low salary, occasional issues with lab space and equipment, and a lack of unsolicited direction

Advice to Senior ManagementGood program, keep it going. Try to offer higher compensation, competing with industry internships.
