“Good Experience, Bad Communication”
Former Employee – worked at McGladrey LLP
Pros – Competitive Salary, Large Amount of Resources in the firm available to the majority of employees, Creates OK social environment
Cons – Not good at communication with employees at most levels, Holds back information until deemed neccessary by HR or management team, Feedback process is not encouraged by the majority of employees
Advice to Senior Management – Must come out the the box and realize that the world and economy are changing everyday, cant consider itself at the top when its not, must strive to be the best overall
