    Pros

Some of the training was good. Some of the assignments were interesting.

    Cons

Place is a revolving door. Even if you are making the company money, they will eventually send you on your way. If you are not one of the mid-west inner circle, eventually you will be gone.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Find work somewhere else.

    Pros

Great place to build experience in many different industries. As a senior you can expect moderate to significant travel all year long.

    Cons

Consideration is not given to individual family/home situations when assigning clients.
    Overworked staff given unforgiving expectations.
Leadership forgets the obstacles that arise with clients at the lower levels.
Considerable turnover due to demanding expectations and inconsiderate scheduling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn to staff better to not burnout you most valuable asset, employees. Take time to consider each employees situation at an individual level and not at position level.
