Current Employee – been working at McGladrey LLP
Pros – Clients are large local or regional companies instead of global. This enables you to reach further into the client's senior management than you would at a Big 4.
Cons – Growth outside of the firm are limited because of a lack of brand name recognition with this, the fifth largest firm.
Advice to Senior Management – Get bigger clients!
