I have been working at McGraw-Hill Education

Pros

Benefits/resources of parent company, promising mission

Cons

Layoffs, instability, silos, overwork, understaffed

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lack of clarity and purpose relating to the upcoming spinoff has left employees overworked, fearful and disconnected. Layoffs and outsourcing model dramatically impact morale and quality/efficiencies. Employees are looking direction and unity.
