    Pros

The workplace is mostly a physically comfortable environment.

    Cons

Recently job security is low and there is little drive to improve and simplify processes. Upper management does little to help the company grow, but instead holds the company back by being set in old ways of doing things that they are comfortable with.

    Advice to Management

A consistency in processes and branding and overall brand identification may be an issue. There seem to be many different ideas on what this is and it would be good to get the entire company on the same page. There are most likely simpler and more concise processes to get us through our recurring goals and projects, yet there seems to be a free-for-all attitude between departments that can impede work flow. People like to stick with their old methods, however sometimes a little research an update here and there are necessary. Sometimes a complete overhaul detailed from the top and enforced all the way down.
