Pros – Career Pathway, Interesting challenges, transforming industry, lots of opportunities globally

Cons – Back end systems are terrible and not integrated, no data warehouse & BI reporting

Advice to Senior Management – Upgrade data warehouse, invest in that for better decision making, invest in the move to digital and invest in process upgrades & training
