I have been working at McGraw-Hill Education

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits. Management is more forward-thinking about digital initiatives than they have been in previous years

    Cons

In the last two years, MHE has essentially stopped promoting from within. If you're a current employee, you have no place to go but elsewhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote from within - there are good people within the company. Not every open position has to be filled by a competitor.
