Pros
The relaxed atmosphere and the willingness of more senior employees to discuss ideas. Junior level employees are included in more high-level discussions. The company is enviromentally thoughtful and provides a locker room for peoppe who ride their bikes to the office. Many directors have high-level experience which helps provide added credibility in the eyes of clients. The working atmosphere is pleasant and people are open in discussing ideas and do no back-stab each other.
Cons
Not much feedback is given and the work is often repetitive.
Advice to Senior Management
Try to take more time to explain things to new people joining projects. Often you were excited about the projects but then seemed to have sporadic levels of enthusiasm.
