I have been working at McKesson

Pros

Great benefits
Good mix of young and seasoned employees
Very helpful HR department
Opportunity for growth
Management cares about personal

Cons

Mid-low pay
Unrealistic project time lines (at times)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

More downward communication would be extremely helpful. Numerous times, management was not aware of project statuses and it was difficult to get accurate information.

I have been working at McKesson full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

large company, a lot of senior people there

    Cons

treat you like a number. Revenue generating groups, the people who actually do the work and make the profits are treated like back office staff. Unrealistic goals are set because that is the number upper management needs to hit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to the lower level people, they have a pulse on what is really going on versus management who paint an unrealistic picture since that is the only thing upper levels want to hear

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
