I have been working at McKesson full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

large company, a lot of senior people there

    Cons

treat you like a number. Revenue generating groups, the people who actually do the work and make the profits are treated like back office staff. Unrealistic goals are set because that is the number upper management needs to hit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

listen to the lower level people, they have a pulse on what is really going on versus management who paint an unrealistic picture since that is the only thing upper levels want to hear

I have been working at McKesson full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Broad career opportunities. Huge company with diverse interests. Performance Driven.

    Cons

Runs like a distribution company which stifles the technology business. Very siloed within the divisions. Difficult to leverage complementary BU's to meet customer demands.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consolidate BU's serving the sames customers, or create incentives for leaders at the P&L level to work together.
