    Pros

If you want to learn to advance and willing to seek it, the opportunity is there. Everyone is pleasant and welcoming.

    Cons

Company of mergers so a lot of different platforms not speaking to each other. Data are complex to understand. Poor training materials - all by word of mouth, very limited business process documentations.

    Advice to Management

Continue to improve processes and document processes for better training manual. Consistency throughout different departments in HR rules and guidelines.

I have been working at McKesson full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

large company, a lot of senior people there

    Cons

treat you like a number. Revenue generating groups, the people who actually do the work and make the profits are treated like back office staff. Unrealistic goals are set because that is the number upper management needs to hit.

    Advice to Management

listen to the lower level people, they have a pulse on what is really going on versus management who paint an unrealistic picture since that is the only thing upper levels want to hear
