I have been working at McKesson full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

No politics, decent work life balance, good people, very solid senior management team. Pay is competitive and benefits are generous.

Cons

Cautious to make changes, PSS merger is going to be tough, pretty boring... those under 30 won't find it very fun. The office in Richmond is ugly and if you want nice furniture and pretty art, work elsewhere.

Advice to Management

Make decisions faster and take a few risks.

I worked at McKesson full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work flexibility and general work atmosphere is pleasant, if very, very, dull. But sometimes, that's what you're looking for in your career.

    Cons

Frankly, nice coworkers but "B" players. No one's too bright, which is why they stay there for years. It's safe and no one will rock the boat.

    Advice to Management

Higher people who aren't just white men and look towards outside expertise instead of just hiring and promoting the same dull people. Management is just about musical chairs, and not in a good way.
