I worked at McKesson full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Lenient management (too lenient, under-performing employees are not dealt with appropriately).
    Recently offers flex-time benefits.
Free gym, cafe (not free) on-site
Job security (only one round of layoffs in the 6 years I've been there)

    Cons

Noncompetitive pay (outside of sales positions).
    Below-average benefits package
    No bonuses, little recognition

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

In a capitalist world, better pay and/or benefits brings better talent, not offering either makes the business a revolving door for good talent.
