I worked at McKinsey & Company
Pros – Lots of learning opportunities in different industries. Collegial workplace with good feedback.
Cons – Too much corporate travel. Antiquated IT infrastructure. Not enough focus on analytical soundness of work product
Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on the quality of the output / work product of the consulting teams.
