Current Employee – been working at McKinsey & Company full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great people, amazing work, nice responsibility, outstanding coaching, unbelievable learning
Cons – poor performers can suffer, long hours possible
Advice to Senior Management – continue to hire great guys, with scale some of the core values can get diluted
