    Fast career evolution, attractive salary, exciting projects, brilliant highly motivated colleagues, great support staff, tremendous learning and development opportunities

    Cons

    Working like hell, 70 hours per week on average, partners and directors sometimes extremely tough and with unrealistic demands, not compatible with the kind of family life I want to have
