    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The opportunity to work with very clever people and to see lots of different organizations

    Cons

Led by folks who don't really understand what it means to excite, inspire and motivate people The premium here is on how smart you are and how well you come off to your senior colleagues

    Advice to Management

You ask for people to be entrepreneurial and yet the systems and structures in place discourage that and reward safe-bets, pleasing senior colleagues
