I have been working at McKinsey & Company full-time

    Pros

    Good atmosphere
    Clear evaluation process
    Growth is encouraged

    Cons

Career path is not clearly outlined, you will have to spend time thinking what to do and is best if you do it early on. On this point, changing your team is possible, but everything comes with a price: you have to start from the beginning which can make your progress run slower.
No senior people in the office means learning useful knowledge for other jobs can be challenging, also means there can be a lack of clear, senior leaders whose steps you can follow.
Depending on which team you join, work life balance can become an issue.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give benefits that more clearly affect employee's satisfaction
Make sure you compensate better those colleagues who must work outside the country at least 20% of the year

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
