I have been working at McKinsey & Company

Pros

1. Good place to build up your relationships. 2. Quite a good environment for new grad to learn from different people.

Cons

Interns are not easy to get return offer. Especially for some departments, they are not recruiting any more for recently.

I worked at McKinsey & Company as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Brilliant people, great pay, great brand.

    Cons

You have to be comfortable being a gun for hire. For some, myself included, it was hard to create a sense of ownership of each project, and so a sense of connection and meaning to the work. For others, that connection could come to the firm itself.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Draw more on the talents of the individuals.

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
