I have been working at McLane Foodservice full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Overall this company is a pretty good place to work. Very good benefits and 401K. Regular safety drawings with a cruise give away with 7 paid vacation days.

    Cons

Management, management, management. Not everyone was meant to manage people. Some managers should only manage things. Like cases, you know? Boxes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sometimes its ok to drop the typical management speech. If a guy is screwed tell him he is screwed. Don't lie and play word games.
