Current Employee – been working at McLane Graf Raulerson & Middleton
Pros – The office is in a good location in downtown Manchester and the firm provides parking in a local city lot. Good place to come in as a first year associate, get the experience and get the McLane name on the resume.
Cons – The firm pays NH wages but expects you to work Boston hours. Secretaries and paralegals are given better benefits than associates. The line between associates and partners is continually reminded to you and is something you would expect out of a 1960s law firm.
Advice to Senior Management – The firm should pay 3rd and 4th year associates more than first year associates. Why are secretaries in the pension plan but not associates?
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
