Pros

The working environment is very friendly. Profs and technicians are always willing to help you.
You have a large space to develop your ideas and skills.

Cons

The number of positions for post graduate students is very limited. Most of the time it depends on whether your supervisor has enough funding to support you as a research assistant.

    the facilities like office , laboratories and classrooms for TAs and RAs are very good.

    Cons

    The salary is low. The employer does not pay attention to the complains of graduate students mostly international graduate students about salary and scholarship.
