    I worked at Mead Johnson

    Pros

The workload is not heavy at all. And there's a lot of opportunities you could rotate in different positions, or even functions of business.

    Cons

When there's change, sometimes management is not willing to share the information in time. They never have a formal process of feedback. Even though your boss gives you some feedbacks, but it's never formal or process into the higher management. It need transparency
