I have been working at MeadWestvaco full-time for more than a year

Pros

Good pay and great benefits.

Cons

Too many cliques. Not in the "cool" crowd, you will not succeed.
Unnecessary travel for things that could be handled by teleconference or other cutting edge technology available to all of the employees.
NO WORK LIFE BALANCE AT ALL

Advice to ManagementAdvice

In the sourcing organization there has been feedback from exit interviews about how rude the group is and how cliqish it is, with no changes. Stop being a part of the problem management and be a part of the solution.
