Support Manager (Former Employee)
Alpharetta, GA

ProsWork life balance and true desire to help the healthcare industry is felt throughout the organization

ConsUpper management infighting causing a lack of direction to the company as they focus on ousting the opposition rather than improving the product lines or technology

Advice to Senior ManagementWork out the differences with the recent Broadline acquisition management and provide a clear, consistant direction for the organization. Promote agents of change rather than laying off or firing anyone who works to improve the overall business flow and "steps on other manager's toes" in doing so.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: HR has done a great job of creating events in the Plano location. There are… Cons: Whenever starting a new position, there is absolutely no training and management isn't… Advice to Senior Management: In order to have efficient employees, training must improve.
